Diaspora Asset Management

Diaspora Asset Management is your one stop shop for everything immigration related. Under the same presmise of affording everyone a level playing field I decided to leave my federal job as a Senior Immigration Services Officer to embark on this venture. As a federal employee I witnessed firsthand that the field was anything but level for intending immigrants. One such inequity exists in the different handlings of immigration case files based on where an intending immigrant originates from: a Cuban intending immigrant just has to report to a U.S. border and state they are Cuban and are automitically paroled-in and their path cleared for securing a greencard. Same scenario but instead of a Cuban national, a Haitian national reports to the border and there is no clearly outlined path for parole and/or adjustment of status which in other words refers to getting a greencard. The question I always asked was why are there different rules for intending immigrants based on where you come from? The rules for attaining refugee and asylum status are clearly outlined and are equitable across the board but certain immigrants such as Cubans have a special adjustment class that no one else does. My goal is to afford everyone the same potential benefit of legal immigration to the U.S.

The exective order issued by President Obama has expanded DACA from 2 to 3 years and will soon to expanded to parents of U.S. citizes and permanent residents. Children can submit applications for the extended DACA 02/18/2015 and we will let you know when USCIS begins accepting applications from undocumented parents and help you file.
